When my son was born, my health issues made reporting from conflict zones impossible. So, I set up an online business. There was just one big problem. I was passionate about creating videos, but completely lost on how to translate that into monetary success.
I quickly became overwhelmed with growing a business and an audience. My confidence tanked as I fell victim to the social media hamster wheel, posting (oh so much posting!) and trying desperately to get engagement.
Until I realised what exactly was holding me back.
I thought I needed another certification, license, or degree to succeed. I didn’t. I just needed to be ME and share MY unique expertise with others. And with this new perspective – my coaching business took off!
Still, it wasn’t quite the lifestyle I envisioned. Yes, my clients were experiencing life-changing results, but I was working non-stop and still not making enough! I was drowning in toddler life and didn’t have time to focus on my business.
