How I Juggle Everything as a Single Parent

Maximising My Day to be Most Productive and Profitable – How I Juggle Everything as a Single Parent

I’ve really simplified the way I run my business and juggle everything as a single parent.

A few years ago, I had a big team and I was involved with the bigger strategy, and my team focused on much of the social media posting and launch communications.

It was me cross-checking that it was all “on brand” rather than actually doing stuff. And to be honest, it was pretty soulless…

I felt like I was marking homework rather than having my creative juices flowing.

It also meant I could focus on some of the joint ventures with influencers and brands.

And while these looked amazing on paper, the reality wasn’t always that.

Having a big team meant higher turnover, but it was also significantly more outgoings.

And while those glitzy numbers in the coaching world may sound fancy, profit and turnover are very different beasts.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve simplified my business.

I’m very present with my son, and I’m a single parent. I guess I’ve become a solopreneur. I work from home, I automate my systems to sell…

And don’t have a big team… and I much, much prefer it.

Watch my latest YouTube video for a little inspiration on how how I juggle everything as a single parent…

In fact, I love writing posts and making friendships on LinkedIn.

But it actually doesn’t mean that my business is any less profitable. I’ve just streamlined the way I work.

👉I don’t have huge outgoings with salaries, I work with contractors on a task-based basis.

👉I’ve simplified my software so it’s easy for me to do things, or call my Tech VA if I’m stuck.

And the good news is that you can still scale what you do, without trading time for money.

You can still create a profitable business that fits around your life, even when life throws you curveballs.

Whatever you have going on this year, know that you are getting better and better everyday.

You’re on your way to building a life you love 💕💕
