Public speaking is something that reduces many people to a bundle of nerves.
But there are ways to feel more confident in public speaking and breathing is certainly one of those areas.
As an introvert, you might expect me to find speaking in public nerve-wracking.
But actually, I find I can talk on a stage to a room full of people.
But I’m petrified to talk in groups.
When you talk in front of people, just remember to breathe before you go on stage and have a little dance.
Once on stage, focus on breathing, and allow yourself time to pause and breathe.
