How to get the courage to sell
Do you have the courage to sell?
Or are you working on someone else’s business rather than growing your own? How much work are you doing building someone else’s business rather than building your own?
As a service-based business owner, it can be so easy to focus on your client’s success that your own business growth becomes secondary.
I think they call it working in your business as opposed to working ON your business.
Here’s a video with some tips to ensure you get the courage to sell.
I’ve spent the past year creating a new structure for my business.
I moved away from doing video production for people and focused on my courses and coaching.
My new courses went live a few months ago, and I’ve sold over 10,000 courses.
One of the reasons that I’ve focused on selling passive income courses rather than my services is that I didn’t like selling.
It enables the audience to get to know, like and trust me, and regard me as an expert.
From there, they will be more likely to buy my high ticket coaching services.
And when it comes to selling, I avoid feeling awkward. I don’t need to sell myself, they already regard me as an expert.
I’m an introvert and definitely not the pushy type. As someone who was petrified and don’t have the courage to sell when I first started, my business has come a long way!
