I’ve got COVID-19 or Coronavirus and for me it’s Day 5 of symptoms. I know there’s so much fear surrounding it that I wanted to share how it’s been.

This isn’t my usual kind of blog post, but these are extraordinary times, and I thought it might be of help.

Sometimes I’m too weak to do much except sleep, and other times I’m stronger.

My husband and son have also had it, and quickly recovered. We barely noticed my son had it (a slight cough and a puff of his inhaler, and he was a little grumpy). My husband had a sore throat, slight cough and it was gone.

I have a pre-existing lung condition from my years of living in China and struggle in the winter anyway.

Here are some things that have helped me to cope with COVID-19  with Coronavirus symptoms:

FRESH AIR: We made sure that we spend lots of time outside in the garden. Breathing fresh air has really helped my lungs.

There is a lot of stuff from the 1918 pandemic about open-air therapy and healing properties. All the times that I have struggled with breathing, when I’ve gone outside, it has improved.

GARGLING with either salt-water or apple cider vinegar has really helped my throat.

CELERY JUICE: My lovely husband has been making me celery juice for the past year and it honestly has been brilliant for my overall health and ability to recover from infection. If you’re interested, check out the Medical Medium.

WARM DRINKS: Lots of WARM drinks. I’ve found it helpful to drink warm drinks very regularly.

There are a lot of ways to get better from COVID-19 with Coronavirus symptoms, and taking care of yourself and having lots of rest is the best way to do it. In addition to the tips stated above, you can also do:

FASTING. Lots of talk about using ketones to fight coronavirus. I wasn’t hungry, and I found myself eating one meal a day. It allowed my body space to fight the infection and not deal with digesting food. Eat when hungry, but definitely try to avoid sugar. Until today, I’ve not been hungry or wanted sugar.

ASTHMA INHALERS: Use your inhalers regularly if you have asthma and get stocked up NOW with replacements

HELP WITH BREATHING: Doterra On Guard oil (put two drops in your hand and cup around your nose and mouth to help with breathing). Or use Vicks, or Tiger Balm or some kind of chest topical lotion.

MEDITATIONS: Listen to guided meditations so that you’re not panicked, you are calm. This affects your breathing and when you shallow breathe you think you can’t breathe. Breathe down to your lungs. Pura Rasa on YouTube has loads of great meditations.

REIKI: Being open to healing to allow your body to heal and recover.

Going through this type of crisis in the business is huge, and I’m not going to whitewash it. There are challenges, and Covid-19 symptoms are just one part of it.

We’re going to have to drastically alter the way we run our businesses. My husband has pulled the plug on our Airbnb business until things settle, and we’ve rented out our properties long term…

I’ve just had some events-based businesses cancel their events I was supposed to speak at.

But the good news is that it’s still possible to make money online while at home even when you have COVID-19 with Coronavirus symptoms.

The online course world is set to explode in the next 5 years to be worth $3.61 BILLION!

The possibilities are there!

With more people staying at home, the potential to sell your courses and eBooks is greater than EVER!

Though having COVID-19 with Coronavirus symptoms, I’ve continued to sell courses. I’ve sold over 20,000 courses, and I’m just about to launch two new businesses.

The opportunities online are still HUGE from the safety of your home (and your customer’s).
