As an introvert, talking on video can be really intimidating especially to do video when you’re an introvert.
I hate being centre of attention, and have always said I’d rather hide in the kitchen.
And do the washing up than be the centre of attention on the dance floor.
And it’s the same with being on camera, being a show-off isn’t for me, and perhaps it’s not you too.
However, if you like talking on a 1-2-1 level, then you can see video as something intimate.
You’re just having a chat with ONE imagined person. The more you put yourself out there and do video when you’re an introvert, the easier it gets.
