This is one of the most powerful practices I’ve used over the years – especially when income feels sticky or sales feel forced.
Once a month, I do three things:
1. I create space
I step away from strategy, dashboards, and metrics. Even just 30 minutes makes a difference.
2. I reconnect with desire
I ask:

What do I actually want right now?

What feels heavy?

What feels expansive?
Not what I should want – what I genuinely desire.
3. I align my actions with that energy
Then I choose actions that feel clean and aligned:

Simplifying an offer

Changing how I talk about it

Resting instead of pushing

Creating content from truth, not obligation
Sales often follow shortly after – not because I “manifested” them, but because my energy became congruent.
Masculine Strategy + Feminine Energy = Sustainable Sales
